Bozeman, MT

After the storm at Devils Tower on Friday the 13th......we taped up the car windshield, got up early Saturday morning and headed west.

What would we do without Duct Tape?

FYI....You can click on pictures to enlarge.

We stopped in Billings, MT for the night and headed on to Bozeman Sunday morning.
Thankfully the tape held and the windshield didn't collapse when we would hit big bumps in the road.  Lots of pretty scenery along the way.

We drove along for miles beside the Yellowstone River.

Awesome sight of the snow covered mountains!

We are staying at a nice RV park just outside Bozeman.  Since we were going to be here several days, it's a good thing they have really good wifi.
Alan called first thing Monday to have someone put new windshield in and no one could work on it until Wednesday.  However, on Tuesday morning the fella from the glass shop called and said he cold do it today (Tuesday).  Yea!

The park we are in has some really neat metal sculptures.  I took a few pictures to share.

Metal sunflowers.

It's cold up here folks!  Alan loves it, but me, not so much!  It has been around 40 degrees in the morning with rain showers and a high of around 59 - 60.  Kind of like one of our winter days in Florida.

Now that the windshield is fixed, we plan to head west again in the morning  (Wednesday).  We will be traveling again for a few days before we do anymore sightseeing.  Our next destination is the Coulee Dam in Washington state.
